Dalrigh Gin

Wash made from the finest Scottish barley and slowly fermented to create a clean, slightly dry juniper-led gin with a soft citrus nose and palette followed by a little spice in the finish. Best served with ice, elderflower tonic, and frozen Scottish raspberries.::::Everything is done at the distillery, from fermenting the Scottish barley to distilling the low wines and finally redistilling with 12 botanicals. Each bottle is packed with flavour from the volume of botanicals we use and this when chilled over ice will create the most beautiful pearlescent bloom.::::43% alc vol 700ml
