Highland Boundary captures the unique essence of Scotland’s wild plants, distilling them in to wild inspired natural spirits and liqueurs with new and remarkable flavours.

Highland Boundary launched their newest spirit, Larch and Honeysuckle, in 2020 and it has already proved to be an award-winning flavour. The larch buds are matured in grain spirit for a number of months before we slow copper distil to produce a spirit with smooth, complex and surprising flavours.

• A clear, complex Scottish spirit - 40% ABV 500ml/200ml/50ml
• Uses spring larch buds and summer honeysuckle flowers from local woodlands
• A light, vanilla and fruity aroma leads through to a surprising smooth, citrus and light-spicy tasting spirit that lingers long on the palate
• Great served straight over ice, with soda water or a light tonic and a slice of lemon. Fantastic margarita and negroni cocktails
